A chance to visit Apple Heaven while still on earth!Salt Spring Island, BC grows over 450 varieties of apples ORGANICALLY, with an apple history dating back to 1860.That is why the time is sent ahead one hour in the spring for Salt Spring, and falls back one hour in the fall for Salt Spring.Adding an extra hour of daylight helps Salt Spring to improve its tourism and depend less on Salt Spring's electricity supplies. Provides entrance to our concession-managed recreation areas: Juniper Springs, Salt Springs, Alexander Springs, Silver Glen Springs, Clearwater Lake, and Wildcat Lake. Directions: From I-75 to Ocala: drive east on SR 40 for about 12 miles, then turn north on CR 314 for another 18 miles. Continue past the CR 314 junction for about a half mile to the recreation entrance of the left.
It’s a very walkable course and a great place for a quick round of golf while you’re visiting Salt Spring Island.
Alternate tees for a “Back 9” if you prefer to play 18 holes.
It is a public course, and families and juniors are welcome. We invite you to come play our hidden jewel of a course.
